WINDYNE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Bob Lewis, As an active participant in the trucking industry for the last forty-five years, Mr. Lewis spent the last thirty years operating his own trucking business handling freight shipments from the continental United States to Hawaii. He continues to serve on the Boards of numerous trade associations in the transportation industry including nearly thirty years of service with the American Trucking Association. His service with the American Trucking Association included positions of Hawaii Vice President, Vice President at Large, First Vice Chairman and finally Chairman, the highest elected position in the trucking industry in the United States. He currently operates a successful transportation consulting business and maintains key associations with senior executives in the trucking industry through his continued service as a director on the Board of the American Trucking Association.

David Grossman B.Com, LLB, QC (chairman), David has practiced law for the past 40 years in Alberta and elsewhere. He has extensive experience in corporate, commercial and financial matters and negotiations, both in Canada and the United States. He has been very active in community and charitable organizations, including the presidency of the YMCA and United Way.

Wilf Kautz, A career entrepreneur, for over 35 years Wilf has been instrumental in the successful startup of a number of business opportunities and sporting franchises. Recently he has been involved with the development of a number of hotels and a new automotive dealership. He is currently involved with the development of a golf course/residential development.

Ken Long, Mr. Long is the inventor of the WINDYNE single element fairing and has a broad background in a number of fields. He has a bachelor's degree in physics, a diploma in education, and a diploma in business. His career includes work in the aviation industry, accounting profession, and teaching professions in Canada and Australia. From 1985 to 2008 he served as a reviewer of Scientific Research and Experimental Development incentive program claims for the Canadian Revenue Agency.

Bob Tichelman, For over 25 years Bob has been responsible for identifying new business opportunities and bring new lines of revenue to a wide variety of national and international corporations. Bob brings a variety of skills including sales, marketing, development, business analysis, and corporate governance.
